摘要： 具有社会和空间双重转换特征的人口流动是社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求和必然结果.本文在评述国际上有关流动人口迁移机制理论的荃础上，系统地分析了中国流动人口的成因，归纳总结了有关流动人口发展趋势与改革、解除阻止人口流动的制度和政策的四点结论.

Abstract: Asulationeconomic reform has widened and marked-economy has developoed in China，a free flow of pop-is essential. Based on the review of the theory concerningies the reasons for thefloating population in contemporary Chinapopulation mobility.population migration，this paper stud- and draws four conclusions about thetrends and policies of population mobility.
