单相超导体 CaLaBaCu3-x B x O 7-δ 正常态热电势率研究

摘要: 从 77K到 300K之间对 CaLaBaCu3-x B x O7-W单相体系的正常态热电势率进行了微分法测量 ,发现 随着硼含量 x 从 0向 0. 4的逐步增加 ,样品体系正常态特性从金属性向类半导体性质转变 ,其主要载流 子由空穴型为主转变为电子型为主 .根据以上的性质转变 ,我们采用双带模型及半导体模型对 x 的不同 值进行曲线模拟 ,拟合的热电势率 — 温度曲线与实验曲线相当吻合 ,同时根据模型对样品的费米能及 有效能隙进行了计算 .

Abstract: Measurements of the thermoelectric pow er( T EP) were carried out on CaLaBaCu3-x B x O7W(0≤ x < 0. 4) specimens betw een 77K and 300K. The character of specimens changes from m etal-like to semiconductor-like at normal state and the major carrier turnes from holeltype to electrontype with the increasing of x (0≤ x < 0. 4). Based on transition above, the experiment dates w ere dealt with tw o-band model and semiconducting model to different value of x . The experiment curves coincide with the calculated curves w ell. At the same time, the Ef and theΔEe w ere calculated.
