基于太阳能光伏发电系统的直流电源分析与设计
Analysis and design of the DC power supply based on solar photovoltaic power systems

摘要: 为解决独立光伏发电系统中太阳能转换效率低、蓄电池使用寿命短等问题,将最大功率点跟踪技术(MPPT)和蓄电池优化充放电控制策略应用到太阳能充电系统中.同时,应用以TL494为核心的推挽升压电路,降低系统对太阳光的依赖性,在没有太阳光时,系统由储存的蓄电池能量通过升压电路给负载供电.据此设计了一种以Atmega 88单片机为核心,由DC-DC充电变换器和蓄电池升压电路组成的直流电源.实验结果表明,采用MPPT充电方式可以实现对蓄电池充放电的优化管理,其平均充电效率达到了91.24%,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命,且推挽升压电路性能稳定可靠.

Abstract: To solve the problem of independent photovoltaic power system with respect to low energy conversion efficiency and short battery service life, the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technology and optimization control strategy of battery charging and discharging are adopted to the solar charging system. The designed system uses the TL494 as the core of pushpull booster circuit to reduce the reliance on sunlight. It can supply power to load by battery booster circuit when there is no sunlight. The designed DC power supply is composed of DC-DC converter based on Atmega 88 microcomputer and battery booster circuit. The results show that the MPPT charging ways can be optimized to manage the charge and discharge process of storage battery. The efficiency of the designed power system is high. The averaged MPPT charging efficiency reaches 91.24%, and the good performance can prolong the service life of battery. The developed pushpull booster system works stably and has reliable operation performance.
