Relationship between Plasma Levels of TXA2、PGI2 and Pulmonary Artery Hypertension in Congenital Ventricular Septal Defect

Abstract  

Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma levels of TXA2、PGI2 and pulmonary artery hypertension in children with congenital ventricular septal defect (VSD).Method: The pulmonary pressure of 28 cases with congenital VSD was determined by catheterization or directly determined before surgery and the plasma levels of TXB2、6-keto-PGF (the metabolites of the TXA2、PGI2) were determined by the RIA.Ten healthy children were used as the control group.Results:①Compared with the control group,in normal pulmonary artery pressure group (NPAP),the plasma levels of TXB2、TXB2/6 keto PGF showed no significant change,but the level of 6-keto-PGF was significantly lower;in pulmonary artery hypertension group (PAH),the plasma levels of TXB2 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF were significantly increased,but the level of 6-keto-PGF was nearly normal.②Compared to the NPAP,the plasma levels of TXB2,TXB2/6-keto-PGF of the PAH were significantly increased,while the level of 6-keto-PGF was increased,but without statistical significance.Conclusion:The imbalance between plasma levels of TXA2、PGI2 may contribute to the course of pulmonary artery hypertension.

先天性室间隔缺损患儿血浆血栓素、前列环素含量与肺动脉高压的关系

目的:研究先天性室间隔缺损(先心室缺)患儿血浆血栓素(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)与肺高压的关系。方法:以心导管术或手术前直接测压法测定28例先心室缺患儿的肺动脉压,采用放射免疫法测定其血浆中TXA2、PGI2的稳定代谢产物血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F(6-keto-PGF)的水平,以了解TXA2、PGI2的浓度变化。以10例正常儿童为对照组。结果:①与对照组比较,正常肺动脉压组(NPAP)血浆TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF无显着改变,而6-keto-PGF则显着降低;肺高压组(PAH)TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF均显着升高。而6-keto-PGF与之相近;②与NPAP比较,PAH组TXB2、TXB2/6-keto-PGF显着升高,而6-ke-to-PGF虽有升高,但无显着意义。结论:血浆TXA2、PGI2的失衡可能参与肺动脉高压的产生过程。
