COMPARISON OF DETERMINATION METHODS FOR IPRIFLAVONE

Abstract  

This paper compared the results of determination of Ipriflavone(IP) by HPLC and UVmethods. The linear correlation was observed for the concentrations from 2 to 100μg/ml(r=0.9999) by HPLC, and from 2 to 24μg/ml(r=0.9990) by UV. The RSD within day and between days was >2.0%. The minimum detectable limit was 0.15% for HPLC and 0.5% forUV. The results of the two methods were concordant. HPLC method had better sensibility andselectivity, and the linear range was more broad, while UV method was more convenient andrapid in operation.

7-异丙氧基异黄酮的质量分析方法比较

作者以反相高效波相色谱法和紫外分光光度法作7-异丙氧基异黄酮(IP)的含量测定及相关杂质检查。分析研究了测定的最佳实验条件,测得高效液相法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV)的IP线性范围分别为2~100μg/ml(r=0.9999)和2~24μg/ml(r=0.9990),日内、日间精密度均小于2.0%,最低检测限度分别为0.15%和0.5%。比较两法所得结果基本一致,但HPLC法具有更灵敏、选择性高、线性范围宽等优点,而紫外法则操作较简便、快速。
