EFFECT OF PLATELETS ON HYPERREACTIVITY OF ISOLATED AIRWAY IN GUINEA PIGS

Abstract  

The effects of activated platelets on the isolated airway hyperreactivity induced by antigen or CCh were investigated. After the activated platelets were incubated with the sensitized airway for about 5 min, the reactivity of the airway to OA or CCh increased; when the platelets were depleted over 90%, it inhibited the reactivity of the airway to OA or CCh, suggesting that platelets might play an important role in the ariway hyperresponsiveness in guinea pigs, and affect the hyperreactivity of the large and small airways.

血小板对豚鼠离体气道高反应性的作用

作者观察血小板激活后对致敏豚鼠气道高反应性的作用,发现致敏血小板激活后,与豚鼠离体气道共浴5min,分别用特异抗原(OA)和氨甲酰胆碱(CCh)攻击,气道对OA和CCh的反应性增高;而豚鼠耗竭90%以上血小板后的气道对OA及CCh的反应性降低。
