Abstract Moment analysis as well as classical compartment analysis,has been been used extensively in pharmacokinetics, For the drug with double site absorption,we have worked out the method of compartment analysis.And now,the results in moment analysis are presented in this paper.We have derived the formulae to calculate mean resident time(MRTpo) and mean absorption time(MAT) after oral administration of drugs,and examined them with literature data.
