EXPERIMENT ON TEMPORARY MICROARTE-RIAL BRIDGING WITH SILICONE CATHETER

Abstract  

After resection of the main portion, 2 cm in length, of arteria carotis communis of the rabbit, the arterial defect was bridged with a silicone catheter 1.6 mm in innerdiameter, bathed previously in anticoagulant solution. The estimation of unobstruction rate and histopathologic examinations were made one to three weeks postoperatively. The results in this test showed a high unobstruction rate and slight tissue reaction. Therefor, the silicone microvascular graft might be suitable for free flap-transplantation or tissue replantation of patients suffering from microvascular defects.

小动脉硅胶管过渡性搭桥的动物实验报告

采用内径1.6 mm的医用硅橡胶管,在抗凝抗血管痉挛药液水浴中作家兔颈总动脉搭桥吻合,术后1~3周作血管通畅性检查和组织学检查,结果证明:水浴法小动脉硅管搭桥在近期内有较高的血管通畅率,组织反应较轻.本实验模式对伴有小血管缺损者在作组织移植或再植手术中采用小血管过渡性代用品提供了实验依据.
