MEASUREMENT OF CHARACTERISTIC PARAMATERS OF ECG AND COMPUTERIZED DIAGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT ARRHYTHMIAS

Abstract  

The synchronous identification method with necessary software and malignant arrhythmia identification logics(MAIL,hardware) was used in the computerized diagnosis system for malignant arrhythmias(MA),which could simultaneously measure the characteristic paramaters involved in normal QRS complex and in MA as well. Some reliable data of MA have been obtained. The electrocardiogram consilience rate(ECGCR) of MA in both experimental rabbits and rats was 100%. The results have come to the conclusion that this method could enhance the ability of this system to identify MA,increase the ECGCR of MA and quicken its identification.

心电特征参数的检测与恶性心律失常的计算机诊断

具有恶性心律失常识别逻辑(MAIL)及正常ECG分析软件的恶性心律失常(MA)计算机诊断系统,能实现对正常QRS波及MA心电特征参数的同步检测,获得可靠的诊断依据,有助于MA快速确诊。动物实验结果,对家兔及大鼠MA的心电图符合率(ECGCR)均为100%(n=17和n=78,体表ECG),表明采用上述方法能增强系统识别能力,提高MA确诊率及诊断速度,具有较大应用潜力。
