摘要：

目的:探讨喂养方式与乳牙龋齿及乳前牙反之间的关系。方法:调查444例具有完整乳牙列的儿童,记录他们的喂养方法、龋失补牙数(dmft)及前牙反情况。结果:母乳喂养者乳牙患龋率、患者龋均及前牙反发病率均最低,与混合喂养者、人工喂养者相比有显着性差异;混合喂养者与人工喂养者之间上述指标无显着性差异。结论:纯母乳喂养对预防乳牙龋齿及乳前牙反的发生有重要意义。

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the association of feeding methods with deciduous caries and anterior crossbite in children.Methods:The feeding method,dmft and anterior crossbite were recorded in 444 children who had an original deciduous dentition.Results:The Deciduous caries rate,average caries number and anterior crossbite rate in breast feeding (BF) group were significantly lower than those in mixed feeding (MF) group and artificial feeding (AF) group. But there were no significant differences between MF group and AF group in these indexes. Conclusion:Breast feeding seems to be important for preventing deciduous caries and anterior crossbite and should be advocated.
