Vasal sterilization is the main method for male birth control. The main methods which have drawn great interest are no-scalped vasectomy(NSV),chemical vas occlusion(CVO) and MPU-vas occlusion(MPU). Nevertheless,there exist different views as to which method is the best one in terms of effectiveness, safety and reversibility. Hence, this study purports to evaluate these three methods of male sterilization by using uniform criteria in order to provide a better method.The result has indicated the birth control to be rates 98.00%, 89.61% and 93.87% in the groups of NSV,CVO and MPU respectively. The complication rate was of no statistical difference in the three groups during the two-year follow-up.
