摘要：

本文报道一种胃粘膜活检组织作快速尿素酶试验用以诊断幽门弯曲菌(Cp)感染的方法。作者检查了116例病人,同时与细菌培养、Warthin-Starry(W-S)银染法和直接涂片法比较。结果表明,快速尿素酶试验对诊断Cp感染的敏感性为91.14%,特异性为100%。0.5h内35.8%的感染者尿素酶试验阳性,3h为63.0%,24h达88.9%。作者认为,应用尿素酶试验同时进行直接涂片法或W-S银染法检查,可进一步提高阳性率。

Abstract:

A rapid urease test with gastric mucosal biopsy for diagnosis of Cp infection is herein reported. One hundred and sixteen patients were examined by this method as compared with bacterial culture, the Warthin-Starry silver method and direct smear examination. The results confirmed its sensitivity to be 91.14%, the specificity being 100%. The positive rate of Cp infection was 35.8% within 0.5h, 63.0% at 3h, and 88.9% at 24h. It is supposed that the rapid urease test in combination with direct smear examination or the W-S silver method could reveal the positive rate more accurately.
