摘要: 目的:为快速、准确测定生物样品中阿霉素的含量.探讨其反应机理。方法:采用新示波极谱法研究阿霉素在Britton-Robinson(PH=4.1)介质中的1.5次微分极谱行为,并通过循环伏安法、常规脉冲极谱法、经典极谱法等.对阿霉素的电极反应机理作了详细探讨。结果:发现该法所得还原峰为一双电子、单质子的不可逆电极过程.在选定的最佳测试条件下.于-0.45V(vs.SCE)左右处得一还原峰.其浓度在9.50×10-8~2.50×10-5g/ml范围内呈良好的线性,其线性方程为Y=3.96×105X-0.021,相关系数为0.9992,回收率在88.0%~115.0%之间。结论:该法用于生物样品中痕量阿霉素的测定.方法灵敏、稳定,结果较满意。

Abstract: Objective:For quickly and accurately determination the concentration of adriamycin (ADM) in plasmaand urine, and discussion the mechanism of electrode process. Methods:1.5 th order differential polarogra phy behavior of ADM was studied, ADM also has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. pulse polargraphic,etc. Results:It has been found that electrode process is an irreversible two-electron,one-proton process. In the opctimal condition.a sensitive reduction peak of ADM was obtained at -0.45 V(vs.SCE). The linear concentration range was found to occur from 9.50×10-8g/ml to 2.50×10-5g/ml,r=0.9992,the recovery rate of ADM was between 88.0 and 115.0%. Conclusion:The methods was sensitive and satisfactory for the determination of trace ADM in urine and blood sample.
