细胞色素P-450亚族选择性底物的合成

摘要:

为了便于国内同行对细胞色素P-450(以下简称P-450)亚族的深入研究,作者合成了P450ⅠA和ⅡB亚族的选择性底物乙氧基异酚 唑和戊氧基异酚 唑,并对合成品与国外标准产品的结构和酶学表征进行了比较。结果表明:合成品无论从结构上还是从酶学表征上均与国外产品基本一致。因此,在P-450研究中可用本合成品替代国外产品。

Abstract:

Ethoxyresorufin and pentoxyresorufin, the selective substrates of Cytochrome P-450 Ⅰ A and Ⅱ B isozymes have been successfully synthesized,and their physical and chemical characteristics,NMR spectrum and the validity in measurement of P-450 enzyme activity were compared with those of the standards. The results showed no difference between these two products and the standards. Therefore,our products can be used as selective substrates in P-450 studies.
