目的:为提高β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene,β-C)稳定性。方法:采用复凝聚法制备微囊,以光照试验进一步考察β-C微囊的稳定性。结果:β-C溶液于室温、见光放置下的药物半衰期仅0.82天,而室温、避光放置1个月基本稳定。β-C原料药于光照条件下半衰期为6.9天,而β-C微囊在相同条件下半衰期为24.8天,β-C微囊为原料药的3.6倍。结论:光线是影响β-C稳定性的重要因素,将β-C制成微囊可增加药物制剂的稳定性。
Objective:To raise the stability of β-carotene with preparation of microcapsules. Methods:β-carotene microcapsules were prepared with phase separation coacervation. The stability of light exposure of β-carotene and it's microcapsules were investigated with illumination test. Results:The half life was only 0.82 day on exposure to light of β-carotene in solution and one month if protected from light at room temperature. The half lives of raw material and β-carotene microcapsules by illumination test were 6.9 and 24.8 days respectively. Conclusion:The stability of exposure to light of β-carotene can be raised by drug microcapsulation.
