摘要： 目的:为冠心病诊断提供无创的新途径。方法:对22例临床诊断冠心病患者,以多平面经食道超声心动图观察其近端冠脉管径、管壁及走行情况,再以经胸壁超声心动图评价室壁运动情况。结果:22例患者冠脉近端显示率100%。经胸超声心动图示节段性运动异常者,其相应的支配血管比无节段性运动异常者显著变细,管壁回声增粗、增强。结论:多平面经食道超声心动图对冠脉近端的直接观察,有利于发现病变的位置,是无创检出冠心病的又一新方法。

Abstract: Objective:To find a new noninvasive method for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods:22 patients with coronary artery disease were involved in the research. Their proximal coronary artery diameters were detected by multiplane transesophageal echocardiography and their wall motion was assessed by transthoracic echocardiography. Results:The coronary artery diameter of patients with regional wall motion abnormality was thinner than that of patients without regional wall motion abnormality. Conclusion:Multiplane transesophageal echocardiography can find some of the lesions in the coronary artery. It is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
