摘要：

为评价异丙酚麻醉的苏醒情况,选择中、小手术病人26例,分2组分别施行异丙酚复合麻醉(P组,n=13)和异氟醚复合麻醉(Ⅰ组,n=13)。麻醉结束后,根据恢复室评分标准对病人进行评分。结果,苏醒早期P组病人得分显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),提示异丙酚麻醉恢复更迅速、完全。

Abstract:

Propofol is a new intravenous anesthetic. To evaluate its recovery property, 26 patients were divided into two qroups undergoing propofol anesthesia(group P, n=13) and isoflurane anesthesia(group I, n=13). Recovery assessment was based on Post-Anesthesia Care Unit(PACU) scores recorded by nurses. The results showed that the scores of qroup P were remarkably higher in early stage of recovery than those of group I, indicat in that recovery from propofol anesthesia was more rapid and complete.
