改良环钳斜吻合治疗先天性巨结肠

摘要：

本院自1991年始采用改良直肠结肠环钳斜吻合术治疗先天性巨结肠31例,效果良好。消除了闸门综合症,无吻合口漏,由于采用了四壁分别牵引,直肠内翻满意,巨大直肠尤为适用。

Abstract:

From 1991 to 1995,an improved operation of oblique rectum and colon anastomosis by the use of ring pincers was designed for 31 patients with Hirschsprung’s disease. The results were excellent.No Blind-Loop Syndrome and leakage of anastomosis were recorded.Because the four walls of the rectum are able to be drawn separately,and introversion of the rectum can be done successfully,this method is specially practicable for huge rectum.
