超声旋涡呼吸流量计的研制

本文研制了一种超声旋涡流量计并建立了一套校验装置。超声旋涡流量计由超声发射器、超声旋涡传感器、超声接收器、检波器、放大器、Schmitt触发器等部分组成;其输出为随流量改变的频率信号。经过校验证明,该流量计可以测量30~1800ml/s的气体流量,压力损失小于1.0kPa,瞬时测量值精度为6.2%,平均测量值精度为4.4%,用功率谱测量精度可以达到0.5%。该流量计适用于人工呼吸机呼吸监护测量等。

Abstract:

This paper describes an ultrasonic vortex flowmeter composed of an ultrasound transmitter,an ultrasound vortex sensor,an ultrasound receiver,a detector,an amplifier,Schmitt flip-flop,and a set of other devices for calibration. The output of meter is a frequency signal which changes with magnitude of air flow. The range of measurement is 30~1800 ml/s of gas or steam with a pressure loss of 1.0 kPa. The transient accuracy,average accuracy,and accuracy by power spectrum come up to 6.2%,4.4% and 0.5% respectively. It can be used in the measurement of the ventilation and monitoring of human breath.
