本文介绍了在电场存在下水杨酸及其纳盐透皮的各种情况。实验结果表明水杨酸及其钠盐透过去毛鼠皮的扩散速率随电流强度的增加而线性增加, 随加入NaCl的增加而减小, 随药物浓度的增加而增加。与不加电场时的被动扩散速率作比较, 水杨酸钠扩散速率增加比水杨酸大, 在3 V和0.5mA条件下, 水杨酸钠的比值为17.7, 水杨酸的比值为3.1.
An in-vitro method was developed to investigate the iontophoretic transports of salicylic acid and sodium salicylate through rat skin.A linear increase was recorded with the intensification of the applied current in the observed salicylate flux.The steady-state flux also slightly increased (apparently linearly) with greater donor concentrations, but it was reduced when competitive ions (NaCl) were added to the donor chamber.By employing a direct current of 3V and identical solution, the iontophoretic flux enhancement ratios (flux with current/flux without current) of 3.1 in the case of salicylic acid and 17.7 in the case of sodium salicylate were calculated.These results suggest that iontophoresis might be a convenient way for ionized drug species to achieve constant and readily controllable transdermal delivery.Transport rates might be optimized through adjustment of the donor ionic composition and utilization of current densities.
