摘要：

本文介绍XR-1型电致细胞融合仪的原理.电致融合比病毒融兮、化学融合具有更好的可控性,本仪器由高频交流场、高压窄脉冲发生器以及控制逻辑单元组成.

Abstract:

The principle of the XR-1 electro cell fusion instrument is described. Under the electro field, the parameters of cell fusion is more controllable than other methods using chemical or virus fusion. This instrument con-sist of a high frequency generator, a high amplitude and narrow duration pulse generator and a sequenee control logic unit.
