基于相似理论的采煤机模拟螺旋滚筒的设计

摘要:

为研究采煤机自动调高,提出建立采煤机模拟截割实验装置,给出了模拟截割实验装置示意图.针对某型薄煤层采煤机,根据相似理论建立了模型与原型间相似参数的相似准则,确定了模拟螺旋滚筒相关参数数值,为螺旋叶片和端盘配置了截齿,使用SolidWorks建立了模拟螺旋滚筒各零件模型,经虚拟装配及干涉检查完成了模拟截割装置的螺旋滚筒三维建模,为采煤机模拟截割实验装置整机设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:

In order to study automatic height adjustment for shearer drum, a simulated cutting experiment device for shearer was built and the schematic diagram of the device was provided.One type of thin seam shearer was selected as prototype.The similarity criterions between model and prototype were established based on similarity theory,and the correlative parameters of simulated spiral drum were determined.Picks arrangement on helical vanes and drum plate were accomplished. By using SolidWorks software,the 3D models of the parts of the simulated spiral drum were established,then the 3D models were assembled,and the interference between parts was checked,thus the 3D model of the simulated spiral drum was finished,also laid the foundation for the design of simulated cutting experiment device for shearer.
