摘要: 为解决阳光输送机用于隧道增强照明系统工程中光纤成本高和光能传输损耗大的应用瓶颈,提出一种极坐标跟踪式阳光输送机.分析它在省去光纤等传输介质情况下利用光-光转换及光路跟踪变换以满足照明要求的工作原理,设计了极坐标式跟踪装置并配备双跟踪控制系统,驱动聚光器实时汇聚太阳光再结合导光机构进行光路调整.研究实验表明,该阳光输送机能实现高精度自动跟踪太阳定向输出增强型平行光,有效完成太阳光于隧道过渡段的自适应性直接照明.

Abstract: In order to solve the application bottlenecks of sunlight conveyer caused by high-cost of optical fiber and large energy loss on light transmission in the tunnel enhanced illuminating systems, a new sunlight conveyer with polar coordinate tracking has been put forward. Under the circumstances of eliminating the transmission medium such as optical fiber in this engineering, the working principle that using the direct conversion of light to light and optical path’s tracking adjustment to meet the illuminating requirements was analyzed, and the automatic tracking device with polar coordinate type was designed. Moreover, it was also equipped with the double tracking control system so that the concentrator was drove to gather the sunlight in real time, then the optical path of concentrated sunlight was adjusted by the light guiding mechanism. The experimental study showed that the sunlight conveyer had realized the function of tracking the sun automatically with high precision and outputting enhanced parallel sunlight with fixed direction. The sunlight is used in adaptive directed-illuminating of tunnel’s transition section which has been effectively achieved.
