摘要: 为了研究精密离心机的风阻力矩,利用RNG k-ε湍流模型与增强型近壁面处理方法对精密离心机的空气流场进行了数值模拟.得到的离心机风阻力矩与测试结果相符,验证了该数值模拟方法的可行性;在水平流场中对不同外型的负载整流结构进行了数值模拟,结果表明锥形整流结构整流效果最好,同时研究了几何参数对整流效果的影响;基于水平流场负载整流优化设计结果,设计了5种离心机负载的整流方案,并对各种方案的风阻力矩及其波动进行了数值计算.结果表明,锥形整流结构能将风阻波动降低为整流前的25%.

Abstract: In order to study the precision centrifuge’s wind resistance moment, RNG  k-εturbulence model and enhanced wall treatment was applied to numerically simulate the precision centrifuge’s flow field. The simulation of the wind resistance moment was consistent with the experimental results, which verified the correctness of the numerical method. Several structures of different shapes in the horizontal flow field were simulated and the results showed that conical structure was the best shape. The influence of geometric parameters on the result was studied at the same time. Based on the calculation results of the horizontal flow field, the wind resistance of the precision centrifuge was studied with 5 different structures. The results showed that conical structure could reduce the fluctuation of wind resistance moment to 25%.
