摘要: 为实现油井动液面的自动连续测量,设计了一套液面远程自动测量装置.装置根据回声测距原理实现动液面深度测量,测量声源则是根据大气压差原理,利用电控式气爆方式产生,和传统人工测量所用声源相比,具有经济、体积小、安全可靠、测量时无需人工干预、能够自动连续测量等优点.利用SIM300DZ无线模块完成远程控制,实现了数据远程收发、监测、控制,智能化程度高,达到了油井动液面自动连续测量的目的,降低了传统人工测试所需劳动成本,具有很高的经济效益.

Abstract: In order to achieve remote automatic and continuous measurement of oil well working level, an automatic measuring device was designed. According to the theory of soundwave echo method, this device completed liquid depth measuring. Based on pressure differential principle, infrasound source was produced by electronic gas explosion. Compared with the traditional manual measurement, it has the advantage of economic, small volume, safety and security, measuring without manual intervention and can achieve automatic and continuous measurement. This device adopted wireless remote control by using the SIM300DZ module and realized data remote sending and receiving as well as monitoring and controlling with high intelligence. It achieves the target of automatic and continuous measurement, which is a great solution to reduce the labor costs for traditional manual testing and has high economic benefits.
