摘要: 飞机装配工艺设计过程及工艺数据的组织管理是当前飞机数字化制造技术研究中的一个关键问题.在基于模型定义技术的基础上,提出了直升机数字化装配工艺设计与三维装配指令(assembly order, AO)构建的方法.通过对DPE软件进行客户化定制和脚本开发,优化了数字化装配工艺设计过程,实现了AO文本的自动输出,缩短了装配指令的编写周期;通过对DPE与3DVIA Composer软件的集成开发,实现了三维AO的构建,从而为装配现场可视化奠定了基础,较好地解决了传统装配指令对装配现场指导不生动、不直观等问题.

Abstract: The procedure of aircraft assembly process planning and the management of process data are key issues in the field of aircraft digital manufacturing. On the basis of the technology of model-based definition, the method of digital assembly process planning and threedimensional assembly order building for helicopter was proposed. We optimized the digital assembly process planning, realized AO text output automatically and reduced assembly order writing cycle by customization and script development of DPE software. Meanwhile,the integrated development of the DPE with 3DVIA Composer software enabled us to establish three-dimensional AO, therefore a foundation for assembling field visualization is laid and the lack of lively and intuitive in the traditional assembly order on assembly field is addressed.
