摘要： 创新产品的复杂性日益增加和不同学科专家的共同参与，使设计人员和开发工作形成紧密的联系．这种多层次的合作需要功能强大的、柔性的信息技术(IT)的支持．一种有望成功的解决办法是：把计算资源和知识按照专业规范或产品分类纳入职能中心，供在互联网上合作开发产品者共同使用．
Abstract: The increasing complexitiy of new and innovative products and the participation of specialists from different specific fields leads to a strong integration of design and engineering tasks．Supporting this complex interdepartmental cooperation by efficient and flexible information technologies is strongly required．A promising solution assumes a field or product-specific classification of simulation／calculation ressourees and knowledge in centers of competence and making it available in an integrated environment for collaborative engineering．
