摘要： 企业进行大批量定制生产时，必须尽量缩短交货期，加快产品形成过程． 过程管理能够对产品形成过程进行控制，提高工作效率，更好地满足客户个性化的需求．介绍了采用浏览器／服务器(B／S)结构的协同过程管理系统的原理、设计方法和基本功能，解决了建立基于网络的协同过程管理系统的关键技术问题．

Abstract: Enterprises which implement mass customization production have to shorten the customization time and quicken the production process of products． The process management can control the production process of products，improve the work efficiency and cater for the individual customers’needs better．The principle and method for using browser／server to realize the networked collaborative process management system is presented．The key technologies of the system are discussed．
