摘要： 为了使折叠自行车既骑行舒适又易携带,对车架、链盒等主要部件进行受力分析及优化设计.设计出的N-bike自行车,经过5次完成折叠,体积为0.03 m3,质量为5.4 kg,车架为“N”字型形状,根据人机工程学原理设计,布局合理.N-bike骑行更舒适,传动更省力,实用性强,外形动感时尚,更适合作为城市便捷的代步工具．
关键词： “N”字型;  折叠自行车;  便携;  时尚    
Abstract: In order to make the folding bike be ride comfortably and be carried easily,the stress analysis and optimization design for frame,chain box and other major components were made.The “N-bike” bicycle had been folded easily in five times,then the volume became 0.03 m3 and the weight was 5.4 kg. The bicycle frame was “N” font shape and according to the principle of ergonomics,its layout was reasonable.The riding position of the bicycle becomes more comfortable. With more labor-saving transmission,strong practicability,dynamic and stylish appearance, the N-bike is more suitable as a convenient means of transport for cities. 
