森林消防泵性能测试系统的设计与实现

摘要: 为提高森林消防泵的使用性能和开发速度,针对其低流量、高扬程、高转速的专业特点,设计了森林消防泵性能测试系统.该测试系统采用开式试验装置,由工控机、数据采集模块和水泵试验台组成,通过交流电力测功机反拖提供系统动力,带动森林消防泵工作,并将试验数据传输到工控机进行处理.最后以研制的新型BJL5C森林消防泵为例进行试验,结果表明系统稳定可靠.该测试系统实现了自动化测试,且精度高、转速高、传输速率高,符合国家标准规范,能够满足森林消防泵的测试要求,对该类型森林消防泵的研究和改进提供指导依据.

Abstract: In order to improve the service performance and developing speed of the forest fire pump and according to its low-flow, high-head and high-speed professional feature, the performance test system for forest fire pump was designed. The test system adopted open type test device composed by industry control computer, data acquisition module and pump test-bed. It was powered by alternating current electric dynamometer, then drove the pump to work and transmitted the data to industrial control computer for processing. Finally, the new BJL5C forest fire pump was used as an example to conduct the test, the result proved the system was stable and reliable. The test system realizes automated test, with high accuracy, high speed and high transmission rate. In line with the national standards, the test system can meet the forest fire pump's test requirement, and provide guidance on these type fire pump's research and improvement. 
