摘要: 提出以喷雾、流化床、搅拌相结合的一步造粒中药干燥塔工艺流程,介绍间隔排料工艺操作特点。通过论述干燥机理,说明一步造粒中药干燥组合工艺采用较低干燥温度的原因,并通过实验确定操作温度。论述四通道喷嘴的工作原理与结构的性能特点,通过比较分析,得出四通道喷嘴更合适一步造粒中药干燥。低操作温度与四通道喷嘴是保证一步造粒中药干燥塔工艺可靠和容易调整的关键。

Abstract: The technologies of one-step granulated Chinese traditional medicine drying tower were carried out within a spray drying agitated fluidized-bed drying tower. The operating characteristic of interval vented granule was presented and the drying mechanism was discussed. In addition, the author explained the reasons why to utilize low temperature, confirmed by experiments, in the tower, and the working principle and structural characteristic of four-channel nozzle, which was the drying mechanism of one-step granulated Chinese traditional medicine. And finally the author drew the conclusion that lower operating temperature and four-channel nozzle were the key factors to guaranteeing the credibility and facility of this mechanism.
