Methodical management of crises in product development

Abstract: Crises of any kind often are an inevitable obstacle when developing new products, especially as they are difficult to overcome. All the more, a methodical approach is necessary to handle any crisis systematically. This article proposes a procedural model that provides guidance on how to act in case of a crisis during the design of a technical product．
