摘要: 汽车制造领域中,车身的输送、转接/转挂是实现生产高度自动化的重要环节。以 PLC为核心,采用Device Net现场总线控制方式,接收现场采集的检测信号,控制相应执行机构动作,应用滑橇式输送机,根据生产工艺输送汽车车身,对车身位置进行精确定位,完成车身的自动转接/转挂,确定最佳的物流状态。PLC+工业现场总线的控制系统大大提高了汽车生产线的自动化程度,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,对现代工业起着越来越重要的作用。

Abstract: In automobile manufacture field, conveying, switching/hanging of car body are the most important chains to realize highly automatic manufacture. Taking PLC as core and adopting Device Net Site General-line Control mode, the testsignals collected on the site are received and the corresponding response can perform action. Conveying car body by utilizing skid conveyor and according to producing process can realize accurate orientation of car body position, achieve automatically switching/hanging of car body, and finally determine the best conveying condition. PLC and on-site General-line Control system greatly enhance theautomatic level of car producing line, reduce working intensity and then increase productivity. This plays a more and more important role in modern industry.
