摘要: 在液力变矩器的设计过程中,循环圆的内环和设计流线通常需要修正。以三圆弧循环圆为例,分析了导数修正法的不足,并进一步完善了循环圆的修正设计。分析结果表明:采用新方法设计的变矩器,其过流面积变化均匀,流场分布合理,经过一次修正即可达到设计要求。

Abstract: Amendment to in-circle and design streamline on circulatory circle during the design of hydrodynamic torque converter is commonly necessary. Taking the three circular arcs as an example, this paper presents the disadvantages of differential amendment method and further improves the amendment design of circular circle. The results indicates that torque converter, designed through this new method, achieves smooth changes of cross-sectional areas, reasonable distributions of flow field and can fulfill the requirements through one amendment.
