装备维修性定性评价指标体系构建研究

摘要: 针对装备研制早期对其维修性定性要求缺乏评价依据的问题,以《GJB368B—2009产品维修性工作通用要求》为参考,研究装备维修性定性评价指标体系构建原则和方法.分析得出维修性4类定性属性,即“容易维修”、“快速维修”、“经济维修”和“安全维修”,并由此确定维修性4个定性评价项目,即“拆装简易性评价”、“易修复性评价”、“经济性评价”和 “安全性评价”;提出由“调研论证”、“资料分析”、“指标建立”、“指标论证”、“指标分类与分解”等环节构建维修性定性评价指标体系.该指标体系可以应用于装备研制各个阶段,特别是方案设计阶段,为研制方、订购方或使用方对装备的维修性进行综合评价提供全面、系统和客观的依据.

Abstract:   For the purpose of providing the assessment criteria of the maintainability qualitative requirements during the design and development phase, the principle and the approach to establish the maintainability qualitative evaluation indicator system was discussed based on GJB368B-2009  General requirement for material maintainability program. Four maintainability qualitative evaluation indicators were extracted from the maintainability qualitative attributes describing all of the maintainability qualitative requirements which were "simplicity and easiness of maintenance", "quickness of maintenance", "safety of maintenance" and "economy of maintenance". The process was proposed to construct the maintainability qualitative evaluation indexes, which was a cycle from "inquiring" to "information analyzing", to "evaluation indexes establishing", to "evaluation indexes demonstrating", and to "evaluation indexes classifying and decomposing".
