摘要: 枪外环空压力不能直观反映射孔过程,为了更好评估射孔器,研究了一种能够直接测试枪内压力的测试系统.从实际应用需求出发,给出了系统总体设计方案和测试系统的技术指标,重点介绍了采样策略的设定和实现原理.经过模拟油井和模拟膛压实验,结果表明,该存储测试系统能够精确记录射孔过程枪内压力的变化,为进一步研究射孔工艺机理提供理论依据.

Abstract: Perforation pressure between gun and casing could not directly reflect the perforation process,in order to better assess the perforation gun,the test system which could immediately test pressure in perforation gun was designed. The system overall design scheme and technology target of the test system were introduced,focusing on the realization of frequency sampling theory. All of these were based on practical applications. After several simulations, such as oil simulation and chamber pressure simulation, the results show that this storage test system can record the pressure data of the perforation process include perforating and fracturing recovery accurately. So it can provide theoretical basis for further studying the mechanism perforation.
