通过有限元方法结合势流理论,计算LNG独立C型舱内液体在自由振荡下的理论固有频率,通过试验结合快速傅里叶变换(FFT)对计算结果进行验证.利用外界激励,在0.25、0.40和0.60倍液舱模型直径的载液高度下,以相同激励幅值在液体固有频率附近进行扫频试验.对液体受迫晃荡时自由液面形状进行描述,发现0.5的理论固有频率为晃荡起始频率,终止频率会随着液位升高而下降.利用统计值对3个不同载液高度下的理论固有频率与共振频率的关系进行定量比较,结果表明:共振频率比理论固有频率分别增大31%、13%和7%.

Abstract:

The theoretical natural frequency under free oscillation was computed based on finite element method and potential theory, which was validated by experiment with FFT. Under the filling level of0.25, 0.40 and 0.60 times of model tank's diameter, a series of sweep test on excitation frequency near theoretical natural frequency were carried out with external oscillation and same amplitude. The description on profile of free surface in forced oscillation was given. Results indicate that the sloshing started from 0.5 times of the theoretical natural frequency and the ending frequency of sloshing would decrease as filling level increasing. The relationship between theoretical natural frequency and resonant frequency in three different filling level was analyzed quantitatively with statistical values. As results, the resonant frequency exceeds the theoretical natural frequency by 31%, 13% and 7%, respectively.
