柴油机燃用铁基FBC燃油的微粒排放特性

摘要:

制备Fe100、Fe200、Fe300和Fe400铁基FBC燃油.在发动机台架上,分别采用AVL415S烟度计、多阶微孔均匀沉积冲积器(MOUDI)和发动机颗粒粒径谱仪(EEPS),研究柴油机颗粒物排放性能;运用高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM),分析颗粒物的微观结构特征.结果表明,在额定工况下,FBC燃油滤纸烟度相对于纯柴油有不同程度的降低;Fe300颗粒总质量浓度排放下降,整体粒径向积聚态偏移,粒子数密度分布向核模态偏移,核模态粒子数密度上升,数量中位直径减小;Fe300的颗粒群主要以团簇状的结构为主,分布更杂乱;颗粒的分形维数减小,颗粒间的团聚黏结程度减弱,排列结构更疏松;Fe300颗粒中基本碳粒子的层面间距、微晶曲率增大,微晶尺寸减小,颗粒的石墨化程度减弱.

Abstract:

Fe-FBC fuel was made up, named Fe100, Fe200, Fe300 and Fe400. The particles emissions were analyzed on diesel engine by AVL415S, MOUDI and EEPS at test bench. The micro-structure of particles was analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Results show that filter paper smoke intensity of four fuels at rated condition all decrease in various degrees compared with diesel fuel. Total particles mass concentration of Fe300 decreases and particle size distribution moves to the direction of accumulation mode. Distribution of Fe300 particles moves to nuclei mode, number concentration of nuclei mode increases while number median diameter decreases. Micro-morphology of Fe300 particles appeared like clusters and the accumulation of clusters randomly distribute compared to diesel particles. Decreased fractal dimension of Fe300 particles indicates that the degree of agglomeration and bonding between particles is weakened, and the structure is looser. The Fe300 primary carbon particles fringe separation distance and fringe tortuosity increase while fringe length decreases, which means that degree of graphitization decreases.
