摘要:

针对充气球天线作为一种用于应急通讯的天线系统应具有良好的便携和多次收纳的功能需求,即反射面材料具有良好的抗皱性能,而材料性能直接影响反射面型面精度这一问题,选用一种镀银锦纶机织物附膜作为反射面材料,进行单轴、双轴拉伸试验以及接缝黏结强度拉伸试验.阐述迭代逼近式型面分析数值计算方法,考虑根据材料性能试验得到的材料正交各向异性,通过自编程序求解反射面“无应力状态”初始型面.利用通用软件加载计算“工作状态”型面精度.结果表明,材料力学性能符合应用要求,分析方法正确可行.

Abstract:

Inflatable spherical antenna is a sort of antenna system for the emergency telecommunication application. Based on the functional requirements such as portability and multiple packaging and deployment, the reflector material should be uneasy to get plastic wrinkle and the material properties have effect on the surface accuracy of the reflector. Then a silver-plated nylon cloth membrane was utilized as reflector material. The uniaxial and biaxial tensile tests and the tests for bond strength of seam were conducted. A numerical methodology for the profile analysis was developed. The orthotropic property of the material was considered to deal with the solving of initial profile by the corresponding programs. Results illustrate that the material properties fit the application requirement and the analysis methods are right.
