基于服务的慢速流动备件储量问题

摘要:

在分析了轻纺区域慢速流动备件存储资源特点的基础上,提出了基于服务的慢速流动备件的管理模式,该模式为区域内数量众多、具有相同型号设备的广大的中小企业提供了一种既保证慢速流动备件的供应又节省资金的一种有效途径.针对这种模式,从备件服务提供商的角度,分析了备件服务提供商需要确定的慢速流动备件存储量问题,给出了指数寿命类型备件、正态寿命类型备件、威布尔寿命类型备件的计算模型.以指数分布类型备件为例,通过算例计算了备件服务提供商为区域内企业提供这种备件所需要的储备量,然后再计算区域内企业单独储备这种备件所需要的储备量之和.从数据对比的角度验证了基于服务的慢速流动备件储备模式的优越性.

Abstract:

The management mode of slow moving spare parts based on service was proposed by analyzing the features of slow moving spare parts storage resource in the textile region. The mode assured the supply of slow moving spare parts and saved costs for the small and medium-sized enterprises which have the same types of equipments and account for the majority part of enterprises in the region. The problem on the determination of the storage amount of slow moving spare parts by the supplier of spare parts service was analyzed in view of spare parts service provider. The calculation models of spare parts of index type, spare parts of normal type and spare parts of Weibull type were established. By taking the spare parts of index type as an example, the required storage amount of the spare parts provided to the enterprises in the region by the supplier of spare parts service was figured out, and the sum of the required storage amount of the spare parts in individual enterprise was calculated. Data comparison results showed the superiority of the mode.
