摘要： 田间喷施植物保健素或健壮素均能提高同源四倍体大麦叶绿素的含量，延缓功能叶的衰老，有利于可溶性糖从茎秆等营养器官向穗部生殖器官运转，使单株穗数从2. 1提高到2. 8 ,结实率从68. 7%提高到77.。%，千粒重从56. 60g提高到59. 80g.

Abstract: Field spreading of plant growth regulators (Bao Jian Su and Jian Zhuang Su ) could increase thecontent of chlorophyll ,and retard senescence of function leaves in autotetraploid barley,as well as en-hance the movement of soluble sugars from vegetative organ such as stem and sheath to generative or-gan such as ear and grain. In the result,spike number per plant was increased from 2. 1 to 2. 8,seed set-ting percentage from 68. 7 0 o to 77. 0 0 o ,and 1000一grain weight from 56. 60g to 59. 80g.
