修饰基团的结构对 β -环糊精衍生物的分析特性的影响Ⅰ 可离解基团的影响

摘要： 本文以螯合阳离子、螯合阴离子和具有阴、阳电性互变异构体的三种类型的显色体系为例 ,比较研究了未经修饰的 β -环糊精 (β-CD)与经荷阴离子、阳离子取代基修饰的 β-CD衍生物对这三种类型显色体系的增效作用的机理 ,总结出这些衍生物对显色反应作用的规律 .

Abstract: In this paper , catio nic chelates, anio nic chela tes and chela tes w ith catio nic a nd a nionic isom ericr ev er sible equilibrium chro m og enic r eac tio n sy stem s a re ta ken as ex am ples. The enhancing effects o f β -C yclodex trin de riv ativ es w ith io nized m o dified g ro ups, Q Aβ -C D ( Q ua ternar y am m o nium , -C H2C H2( O H) C H2 N ( C H3 ) 2 Cl and CMβ -C D ( Ca rbox y m ethyl, -C H2 CO ON a) , on these sy stem s ar e co m pa rativ elystudied w ith that o f unm o dified β -C yclodex trin. The m echanism o f the effects is studied pr elimina rily.Som e rules fo r the effects o f th ese β -Cy clo dex trin de riv ativ es a re deduced.
