Abstract:Two isozymes ( EST and LDH) of Myxosporidia from allogynogenetic craciun carp in Guashan, Hangzhou and carassius auratus gibelio(Blach) in Tiantai, Zhejiang were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results show that the Esterase isozyme patterns of Myxosporidia from variant periods and from variant hosts all are different, and that the LDHisozyme of Myxosporidia are same from variant periods, but different from variant hosts.
