Abstract：A new metho d for resolving chromato graphic overlapping peaks with artificial neural network is proposed in this pape
r .The ov erlapping peak w as divided into 15 piece(0.02 minute interv al), and their areas were taken fo r the input data of an artificial neural networ k with back-propagation alg orithm .After comparing the peaks between standard and testing samples, the satisfactory result w as obtained for determinatio n of diethyl amine and triethyl amie .
