Abstract：Based o n analy sis of the bipolar analog sw itch and multiple-β transistor , the circuit of high-speed electronic analog switches composed by multiple-β transistor are designed .These analog switches take advantages of the multiple-β transistor, such as working in linear active region with high speed and having the input-output emitter construction .Computer simulatio ns prove that these analog switches have no t only simpler structure , lower conductive resistance but also super hig h-speed .The design of the multiplex er show s that the input-output emitter construction makes relative circuit designs easier .
