Abstract：Based on multiple β transisto r the high-speed non-saturation differential sw itch with restoring functio n is designed inthis paper .By using it , the design of inverter and sto rage unit are given .The sw itch and the o riginal hig h-speed linearAND-OR gate compose of a complete set of logic unit.
