Abstract：Through a brief analysis of the theories concerning urban renewal,the article systematically elaborates on the methods of land prince assessment in urban renewal and their functions in balancing funds. Then,the article puts forward the ways,principles and train of thought in balancing funds.Moreover,the article illustrates the policy significance of factors of land prices in the course of urban renewal.
