Studies on the Productive Technology of Ginkgo Flavonol Glycosides by Means of Macroporous Adsorption Resin.

Abstract：Dried Ginkgo biloba leaves were extracted for 30 min under reflux with 70% aqueous ethanol.The clear filtrate was concentrated under vacuum.The aqueous ethanol residue was enriched by different type macroporous adsorption resins.The product rate of Ginkgo extract was 2.50%～2.92%,contained about 25.7%～34.6% (w/w)of Ginkgo flavonol glycosides.
