Abstract:According to the motivated information processing model and the dualpathway creativity model, this study explored whether intrinsic motivation and prosocial motivation could affect employee creativity through flexibility pathway and persistence pathway. Using the method of questionnaire, 315 salesmen from drug company were surveyed. Finally, through the structural equation model analysis, we found that flexibility mediated the effects of intrinsic motivation and prosocial motivation on employee creativity. However, the mediating effect of persistence had not been verified.
