古村落旅游地组织承诺对组织有效性的影响——以西递、宏村为例

摘要: 组织承诺和组织有效性是组织行为学中重要的研究概念和研究对象,但应用于古村落旅游研究的还比较少.对不同经营模式下(外来资本主导型和社区主导型)古村落旅游经营户的组织承诺及旅游组织有效性进行了研究,发现古村落旅游经营户的组织承诺由情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺3个维度构成,组织有效性则由旅游发展有效性和社区公共服务有效性构成;组织承诺中的“情感承诺”在不同经营模式下存在较大差异;组织有效性中的“旅游发展有效性”维度在不同经营模式下也显著不同.此外还在因子层面研究了组织承诺对组织有效性的影响.

Abstract: The application of organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness in ancient village tourism study is rare, though they have received extensive attention in the research of organizational behavior. Two villages characterized by the different operating systems(outside capital-led and community-led) are chosen as the samples. It shows that the organizational commitment consists of 3 dimensions, namely affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, The organizational effectiveness includes tourism development effectiveness and community service effectiveness and there are great difference regarding affective commitment and tourism development effectiveness in these two cases. This paper also discusses the influence of organizational commitment on organizational effectiveness in the factor level.
